I am licensed in Maryland & Michigan. For the most part, as long as you are within state lines, we can meet virtually. All virtual sessions are online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. The link will be emailed to you directly. All you need to do is click “join”. We have the flexibility of meeting in-person, virtually, or a mix of both.
*All Michigan based clients must work with me through Pine Rest.

I am only able to meet between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm; Monday-Friday. My first session starts at 9 AM, and my last session ends at 5 PM.
There is a standing waitlist for 3 PM and 4 PM appointment times and priority is given to current clients first.

Unfortunately, no. This season of life has taught me that how I show up as a mom to my kids is just as important, and fundamentally woven into how I show up as a therapist for you. When I can be present and parent in a way that aligns with my values, I can be present and provide therapy in a way that aligns with my values. You deserve that.

Yes! I’m a working mom. Daycare closes, family emergencies pop up, little kids get sick. I may occasionally have to ask for flexibility in rescheduling. However, if I am asking flexibility of you, I am also going to extend the same. If you cannot reschedule for another time during the week, I will occasionally offer weekend availability to reschedule a session that I had to late cancel. However, I am not able to offer weekend availability as an option for consistent care.

Good news: I’m in-network with a few major providers, which can make your sessions easier on your wallet.
I accept:
CareFirst / BlueCross BlueShield
Optum / UnitedHealthcare
-
If your insurance isn’t listed, you can still work with me as an out-of-network provider, you just have to check with your insurance plan to see what your out-of-network benefits are. I provide superbills so you can submit for possible reimbursement.
2026 Rates:
Intake Session: $175
Follow-up Sessions: $150
-
Before we can officially schedule your Intake Appointment, I need to set up an account for you in our Electronic Health Record (EHR), so I’m going to get the following information from you:
Your Full Legal Name & Your Preferred Name
Your Date of Birth
Your Address
The Phone # & Email Address You Want Connected to the Patient Portal
Your Insurance Subscriber ID and Name of Insurance Provider
A Copy of Your Insurance Card
-
Once we get you set up in the patient portal, we verify your benefits, I email you to confirm your plans coverage for therapy (e.g., deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, etc.), all before we meet for that first session.
-
I’m using Ivy Pay to take cards now. It works with credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards. It’s HIPAA-secure, keeps our therapy confidential and makes payment easy for you and me. All I need is your mobile number to get you set up.
-
Once you are set up in our EHR, You’ll receive:
A secure client portal link
A quick set of onboarding forms: consent, policies, payment info, and a brief background form
They must be completed before our first session (therapy laws love a rule).
If you get confused or stuck, email me — it’s genuinely not a bother.
-
You actually have options. Once we start working together, you get to choose the scheduling style that fits your life and your brain. We can set up a recurring time, schedule the next session at the end of each session, and you have access to my “Book With Me” Link whenever you need, accessed through my email signature.

Life happens; here’s how to handle it:
You can reschedule anytime via email or text
Please give 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee
Actual emergencies = just let me know. I use compassion and common sense, and I like to think I’m not a monster about it.
